Read and interpret work orders blueprints and technical documents. Set machine stops or guides to specific lengths using scales rulers or templates. Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Assist with machine setup and collaborate with other operators to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.This is a Full time Contract to Hire OpportunityThe ideal candidate will have High school diploma or GED. Minimum 6 monthsof experience in a manufacturing or trade-related role. Ability to read and understand safety rules operating instructions and procedure manuals.
