This position is for a Machine Operator on 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) at our Youngsville, NC location, offering $19.75/hour.
Responsibilities include wiring harness assembly, using crimpers and soldering, performing quality inspections, machine setup, troubleshooting, and handling materials. Non-routine tasks involve inspection, rework, and supporting other lines.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in a mechanical or harness role, soldering ability or training, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Candidates should be able to lift 35 lbs, read procedures, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
