Your Role on Our Team:


The Machine Operator is responsible for performing basic machine operation, working with computer-controlled equipment or mechanical based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.


You’llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:


+ Basic understanding of motor components and functions(40%)


+ Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner(30%)


+ Make adjustmentsasrequiredfor change overs(30%)


+ Identify,troubleshootand correct minor machine time outs(20%)


+ Setup/Operate1 up/down workstations(20%)


+ Perform monthly PM requirements(10%)


+ Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention(10%)


+ Complete rework and scrap documentation asrequiredor requested(10%)


+ Package service parts(10%)


+ Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes,productivityand quality, especially those related to corrective actions(10%)


+ Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area(10%)


+ Practice 5Ss(10%)
