As a Machine Operator, you will be a key contributor to our production team, responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
As a Machine Operator, you will:
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in accordance with established procedures.
Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks to verify products meet company standards.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing basic maintenance when required.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.
Preferred 2–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
