The Blowmolding Production Machine Operator is trained to perform the following tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow daily schedule.
The operator will verify that the machine is set up properly for the shift he is working. Operator will notify Shift Supervisor of any machine related issues
Operator will perform the following quality checks and document them on quality control forms:
Neck Dimension checks once per shift.
Material Distribution checks once per shift.
Drop test performed every 2 hours following drop test procedure.
Weight checks and weight changes checked hourly.
Operator will be required to perform the following mechanical and GMP duties:
Changes over equipment which includes mold changes, color changes and material changes.
Cleaning work area which includes blowmolder, grinder and grinding room.
Check downstream equipment for any issue.

Relevant experience as a Machine Operator - Basic mechanical skills & aptitude
Knowledge of 5S Practices
Mus be able to climb stairs, sit and stand for long periods; type for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
