Machine Operator – Where Precision Meets Possibility

We’re looking for a Machine Operator who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a supportive manufacturing environment. If you like rolling up your sleeves and taking pride in a job well done, we’d love to train you.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll learn how to operate and care for production equipment with support from experienced teammates. Day to day, you will:
- Operate fillers and labelers and help keep production running smoothly
- Learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
- Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes
- Accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation
- Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks
- Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Grow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership
- No need to know everything on day one — we provide training and ongoing support.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment works
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machinery
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes)
