Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd shift

Machine Operator / Floater - 2nd or 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate slitting machines and support production line operations
• Perform packing, general warehouse duties, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production documentation

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24-hour, Sunday–Friday operation
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules (flex schedule preferred)
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and a proactive, self-motivated approach
