Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $18 - $19 per hour
Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday - Thursday

As a Machine Operator, you'll be an essential part of supporting daily operations by efficiently running machinery and producing high-quality parts. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results.

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Producing assigned parts accurately according to verbal and written instructions.
  • Inspecting finished parts and equipment to maintain quality standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
  • Supporting other production tasks and assisting team members to meet deadlines.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
