We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery while supporting production, quality, and safety goals.
- 2nd Shift (Hours 2:45PM to 11:15 PM)
- $20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery
- Meet daily production expectations
- Complete production trackers with detailed and accurate comments
- Identify and communicate quality and safety concerns
- Troubleshoot production issues with minimal supervision
- Assist with filter assembly operations and part preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support leads and supervisors in achieving production goals
- Train and mentor other operators as needed
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment
