Job Description
Machine Operator will learn how to safely and efficiently operate our large industrial machines. We are running all three shifts, but the priority is the 2nd shift for now
Job Responsibilities
Operate various machines to ensure proper functionality and safety
Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Make sure the equipment is in optimal condition by doing routine maintenance checks
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Keep track of production statistics and notify supervisors of any problems or hold-ups
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures
When required, help with machine setup and adjustment
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
A high school degree or its equivalent is required; technical training or certification is preferred
Prior experience using machinery in a production setting
Capacity to read and comprehend designs and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
Fundamental knowledge of safety rules and guidelines
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities
