What You'll Do
- Operate machinery that produces stainless steel threaded rods
- Learn machine setup procedures during training
- Load rods into machines and monitor production cycles
- Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards are met
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
What We're Looking For
? Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
? Ability to work independently after training
? Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
? Team player willing to help where needed
? Comfortable in a small, family-oriented workplace
? Ability to read a tape measure accurately
