How Youll Do It:
Loads/reloads fabric on quilting machine as well as polyurethane foam rolls onto quilting machine.
Loads/reloads thread, thread machine and bobbins, adjusts needle positioning and patter as needed.
Loads/reloads backing onto quilting machine.
Measures and sets panel cutting blades, and adjusts panel cutting machine as needed.
Operates multi-needle quilting machine to produce quilted mattress panels. Monitors machine (visual and audio) and makes
adjustments as needed in order to prevent skipping and/or creating scrap.

Basic Math skills and attention to detail are required
Production line experience helpful, but not required
Aptitude for computers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively, in a safe manner.
