Position Details
- Job Title: Machine Operator – Blow Mold Injection
- Pay During Training: $20.00/hour & After training $1 diff
- Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 7AM-7PM
- Training Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (may vary based on individual progress and performance)
- Post-Training Schedule: 2nd Shift – Rotating Schedule 7PM-7AM
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blow mold injection machines used in the production of plastic bottles.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for packaging.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as instructed during training.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete production and quality documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work a rotating 2nd shift schedule after training.
