Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Hutchinson, MN
Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus a $2 per hour differential for 2nd shift – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shifts | Monday–Friday

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Hutchinson, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll support production by operating equipment to drill, cut, and shape steel components while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:- Operate equipment to drill, tap, saw, cut, and shape steel or flat stock
- Monitor production to ensure measurements meet specifications
- Make small machine adjustments using a keypad or control panel
- Read and follow work orders and blueprints to complete jobs accurately
- Use overhead cranes, forklifts, or other lifting devices as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Must have experience or post-secondary education in CNC programming or equipment operation
- Must be able to stand for the full shift while operating machinery
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, prints, and instructions
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson, MN worksite
