Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:55 PM–10:55 PM
Pay: $20.87/hr. W2 + Weekly Pay & Benefits
Contract: 12 Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate card production equipment and ensure products meet quality and production standards. The role involves machine operation, basic adjustments/maintenance, quality inspections, and working with team members to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor card production equipment
• Perform basic machine adjustments and maintenance
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Meet production and quality goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Identify and report production or quality issues
• Follow all safety, security, and production procedures
• Use basic computer skills and complete required documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per shift

Preferred: 1–3 years of mechanical, machine operation, safety, or maintenance experience.
