Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. What You’ll Get: Starting Pay: $17.75/hour Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday! Full Benefits Starting the 1st of the Month After Hire! (debit card) Company-Paid Life, Short & Long-Term Disability FSA, Voluntary Insurance Options 401(k) Company Match (after 6 months) 11 Paid Holidays PTO What You’ll Do: Record and maintain production data (temperatures, pressures, ingredients, test results, etc.). Enter daily data into computer systems. Follow production schedules and recipes for chemical mixtures. Adjust equipment settings (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to meet requirements. Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to ensure proper operation. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications. Inspect equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues. Collect and test product samples for quality checks. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Perform other tasks as assigned. Job FlexibilityEmployees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities. The Skills You'll Need: Work as part of a team, as well as independentlyAbility to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)Basic Computer, Mechanical, and Math skills.
