Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:

• Read and follow job tickets and special instructions to complete tasks accurately.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Use scanners and computers to log completed jobs into our system.

• Operate equipment to produce basic print or packaging items.

• Load materials into machines, monitor performance, and keep things running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot small issues to prevent jams and keep production flowing.

• Work with other departments to meet production goals.

What You Bring:

• Basic math and reading skills.

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (a plus!).

• A team-player attitude and a strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work overtime and be part of a fast-paced environment.
