Roll Form Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Temple, GA Area
Pay: $16.00 per hour (or update as needed)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday
5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Must be available to report at 4:30 PM on the first day for orientation and training.
Overtime may be required on Fridays based on production needs.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roll Form Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring roll-forming equipment used to produce steel components while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Set up and operate roll form machinery to produce steel components according to specifications and production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
Inspect first-piece production and make machine adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor machine operation throughout production and identify or correct jams and mechanical issues.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
Operate an overhead crane to safely move materials and finished products.
Record scrap, defects, and production data accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of recent manufacturing experience required.
Previous experience operating roll form equipment or similar production machinery preferred.
Ability to read measuring devices and follow production specifications.
Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work throughout a 10-hour shift.
Comfortable working around moving machinery and production equipment.

Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
