We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to work on our 2nd shift, ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain machinery critical to our cheese packaging processes, uphold stringent safety and quality standards, and contribute to our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation.

Wage: $24.60 per hour
Schedule: 3PM to 11PM, Monday through Friday

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to read, interpret, and act on production reports and worksheets
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and troubleshoot as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and perform repetitive work in a temperature of 50-60°F

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP, MES, or other manufacturing software
• Troubleshooting skills and mechanical background
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures and GMP compliance

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment
• Completion of safety policies and procedures
• Use of safety equipment such as hair nets, ear plugs/muffs, hardhats, and safety glasses as required
