Job Summary: The Aluminum Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines that shape, cut, and finish aluminum products. This role ensures that machinery runs smoothly and that products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machines such as CNC machines, presses, or extrusion equipment to process aluminum products.
Monitor machine operations to ensure correct feed rates, pressures, and temperatures.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines run efficiently.
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Adjust machine settings, such as speed, temperature, and pressure, based on product requirements.
Maintain detailed logs of production, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

Skills and Qualifications:
