Machine Operator - 3rd shift 11p-730a

Colson Group is seeking a Machine Operator in our Monette Arkansas facility. The Machine Operator will work with the plant supervision to ensure that work is completed and shipped in a timely manner. Third shift is Sunday through Thursday night 11pm-730am.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read and understand a Work Order.
• Must understand quality standards and report quality issues to Process Technician
• Must know and understand all safety rules and regulations.
• Must know and understand basic control and functions of the machines.
• Must properly document problems with machines and notify Process Technician and/or Supervisor as soon as possible.
• Must comply with Company Policy - as outlined in the associate handbook
• Must be capable of operating press efficiently.
• Must be able to operate material loading system.
• Must be able to start up and shut down presses
• Must be capable of learning and performing other assigned duties.
