Our client in Aurora, IL is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join their team as a Machine Operator Assistant! If you enjoy working with machinery, staying active on the job, and being part of a fast-paced production environment — this opportunity is for you.
In this role, you will play an integral part in the production process, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and produces high-quality products. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various packaging machines while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
3rd Shift: 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
Must be able to work any shift, including daily overtime and weekend work as required.
As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing and powered equipment
- Monitor machine operations and production quality to ensure compliance with standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
- Accurately document production data and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
