Machine Operator (Overnight Shift) –Direct Hire

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support overnight production for a growing manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, structured pay increases, and hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure quality output
• Load/unload materials and keep production running efficiently
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and tolerances
• Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, calibration)
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn (manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a physical environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
