Shift Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM EST
- Pay:$13.00 per hour – Weekly paychecks!
Key Responsibilities
- Follow precise mold installation procedures, including molds using the Scientific Molding (SM) process
- Read Work Orders and use the Mold Setup Sheet, Scientific Molding Process water diagrams, and Mold Setup Checklist to install the correct mold and any required inserts
- Keep molds spotless: Clean the parting line, cavity/core inserts, part chute, or conveyor belt after every installation
- Before removing molds: Clean and protect the parting line, cavity/core components, and lubricate leader pins, bushings, and all moving parts
- Apply light oil to mold base and machine platens as needed to prevent rust and maintain top condition
- Stay familiar with all types of injection machine controllers used on the floor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace every day
- Take on additional projects as assigned by the Assistant Supervisor or Shift Supervisor
