Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Extrusion Production Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position assists with the operation and monitoring of extrusion equipment used to manufacture plastic products while ensuring quality and production standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery and production equipment.
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper specifications.
• Measure, cut, package, and label finished materials.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or extrusion experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working around production machinery.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full overnight schedule.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Pay: $19.00 per hour
