Machine Operator (3rd Shift)

Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time 3rd shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Shift:
Sunday – Thursday
8:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Conduct quality inspections and document production results
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support material handling and movement of products throughout production

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of manufacturing machine setup or machine operation experience
• Experience with roll tooling, welding systems, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to perform quality inspections using basic measurement tools
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
