Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. What You’ll Get: Starting Pay: $17.00/hour Extra $1.50/hour during 3rd shift hours Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday! Full Benefits Starting the 1st of the Month After Hire! Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects. Troubleshoot reasons for defects and contact maintenance for assistance when required. Enter daily work into computer system. Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency Performs other related duties as assigned by management. The Skills You'll Need: Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 20 lbs. occasionally) Ability to work in a team environment Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED Age 18 with reliable transportation Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred The ability to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
