Manufacturing Operator 3rd Shift

Location: Wellington, Ohio

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift premium

We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for a growing production facility in Wellington, Ohio. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and interested in long-term employment opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Support team goals and maintain productivity standards
• Adhere to all company safety policies

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures due to a non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
