Schedule: 2:00pm-2:30pm may require Saturday work

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lake Forest, California. This role focuses on sourcing, inspecting, and packing small parts on a production floor, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position involves standing for the entire shift and supporting overall production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source small parts on worktables and verify quality and accuracy
• Check parts for defects and adherence to specifications
• Pack small parts and finished products efficiently and safely
• Maintain safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe boots
• Stand for approximately 8 hours during each shift
• Assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Organize and handle parts and materials properly
• Support team efforts to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Steel-toe boots required for safety compliance
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, packing, or quality inspection roles (beneficial but not required)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods
• Use of safety footwear (steel-toe boots)
• Handling small parts and packing supplies
