Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

As a Machine Operator, you'll be a vital part of the production team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results. You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain safety standards, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
Setting up equipment and making adjustments during production runs.
Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards and reporting any machine issues.
Reviewing job orders for accuracy with part numbers and quantities.
Ensuring labels on boxes match job requirements.
Safely transferring products throughout the warehouse.
Assembling boxes for shipments and stacking products onto pallets.
Completing Production Verification sheets at shift start and end.
Following all safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant factory experience.
Mechanical aptitude and quick learner mindset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Basic safety awareness and training.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
