Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packing Associates to join our growing ammunition manufacturing team in Grafton, Ohio. This position is responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and is comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Package finished ammunition products according to company specifications
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packaging
  • Label, box, and palletize finished goods accurately
  • Maintain production quotas while ensuring high-quality standards
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing protocols
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
  • Communicate issues with quality, packaging materials, or production flow to supervisors
  • Support other production and warehouse functions when required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [40–50 lbs]
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
  • Familiarity with packaging equipment or production lines
  • Forklift experience is a plus
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing and warehouse setting
  • Fast-paced production environment
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and industrial equipment
  • Safety equipment and PPE required
