Hours: Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating manufacturing machinery to produce precision parts accurately according to specifications.
• Carefully removing finished parts, inspecting for quality, and organizing them properly.
• Performing packing and finishing tasks to meet daily production goals.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workstations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Following detailed safety procedures and production protocols at all times.
• Documenting work completed with accuracy using forms and digital systems.
• Working closely with team members and promptly communicating any issues or concerns.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and exerting pushing or pulling forces of 20–30 lbs. throughout your shift.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperatures up to 95°F.
• Steel-toe shoes and a neat, casual appearance.
