Job Title: Machine Operator

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to operating machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Operating machines and processing products to meet all quality requirements.
- Understanding and following safety rules and practices.
- Reviewing and following written instructions, work procedures, and safety requirements.
- Monitoring and inspecting equipment, materials, or products.
- Identifying and resolving problems in processes or equipment.
- Training and qualifying on all Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Completing tasks requiring manual work and physical effort, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- OSHA Respirator Exam completion and medical clearance to work by Food and Beverage required criteria through Concentra.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Mobile Equipment Operator Exam completion and medical clearance to work by Food and Beverage required criteria through Concentra.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 2-5 years of experience required.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Possess manufacturing experience, operator experience, or relevant military experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
