Machine operator A & B Shift

We are seeking an experienced machinery operator to work in our food production facility focusing on making sandwiches and burritos.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely to produce sandwiches and burritos.
• Ensure all ingredients are measured and loaded correctly into the machinery.
• Monitor the machinery during operation to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating machinery in a food production setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients.
