Pay:Starting at $17.00 per hour
Location:Oklahoma City, OK 73114
Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 30 AM until production is complete
Saturday:5: 00 AM until production is complete

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operator A candidates for a busy brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. This physically demanding industrial role supports production by operating and monitoring machinery used throughout the brick manufacturing process while helping maintain safe and efficient workflow.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical work for extended periods
Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability REQUIRED
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to work required overtime, including Saturdays
Strong commitment to safety and production standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor brick manufacturing machinery and production lines
Work with conveyor systems, packaging equipment, and automated machinery
Load materials and help maintain continuous production flow
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
Clear production jams and assist with minor machine adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as assigned

Conveyor systems
Brick molding and press machines
Packaging and stacking equipment
Extrusion and cutting machinery
Automated production line equipment
Forklifts and pallet handling equipment (in some departments)
Work Environment
Heavy industrial manufacturing / production environment
Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to heat, dust, machinery, noise, and physical labor
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, standing, bending, twisting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
