Machine Operator

Job Overview: Assist in all day to day production throughputs by meeting daily production objectives.

Job Functions:

• Assist in all day to day production needs in department as required.
• Be trained to operate company machine.
• Make sure all products are of highest quality set by the company.
• Ensure all customer requirements are being met.
• Tracking of your production daily (DBTH), to ensure you meet established goals/standards.
• Champion any team initiatives.
• Report to Supervisor all production issues that affect work flow.
• Make production recommendations to enhance output for all departments.
• Make sure all OCS policy’s and procedures are followed.
• Report equipment issues to Supervisor.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and neat at all times.
• Responsible for any miscellaneous tasks assigned from Supervisor.

Skills Required

• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must have some operation experience.
• Must work Overtime as needed
• Good math skills a plus
• Team player
• Moderate computer skills good
