Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Aerospace)

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate manual and CNC machines following established processes
* Adjust equipment to maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality
* Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to meet specifications
* Perform sub-assembly tasks and support welding and general shop operations
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5-7 years of machine shop or machining experience
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
* Experience operating manual and/or CNC machinery
* Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
* Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, or welding equipment
Compensation:
* $26.29-$30.79/hour + benefits
