Schedules:

• 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.

Experience Requirements

• 6 months of previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, or General Laborer.
• Experience operating, monitoring, or adjusting manufacturing equipment in a production environment is a plus.
• Basic experience performing equipment checks and completing production reports preferred.

Job Duties

• Operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to production machinery to ensure efficient operation and product output.
• Perform machine setup, routine equipment checks, and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Accurately complete production records, equipment logs, and required documentation.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members with additional production tasks as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to production machinery to ensure proper operation and output. Perform machine setup and basic equipment checks as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standards. Identify and report quality issues, equipment concerns, or production problems to supervisors. Complete production and equipment documentation accurately. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with basic equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality expectations. Assist coworkers and supervisors with additional production duties as needed.

The Machine Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and dependable work habits throughout every shift.
