Neff-Perkins Company, a leading custom molder of silicone, rubber, and plastic components, is hiring Second and Third Shift Press Operators to join our production team in Middlefield, OH.

What You’ll Do:
Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer)
Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts
Keep work area clean and safe
Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
No prior experience? No problem. We provide training!
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
Comfortable with repetitive production work
Strong attention to detail
Basic mechanical aptitude
Reliable attendance
Shifts Available:
Pay & Overtime:
$16.00 per hour starting pay
Time and a half on Saturdays
Double time on Sundays
Unlimited overtime opportunities
Work Environment:
