What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:- Pack products safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist machine operators with product handling, packaging, and line operations
- Monitor and support product quality, including contamination prevention, weight control, and line efficiency
- Help manage product specifications such as code dates, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy
- Communicate with operators, supervisors, and team members regarding quality or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and follow sanitation procedures
- Follow all safety procedures, attend safety trainings, and report hazards or incidents
- Comply with GMP and food safety requirements, including identifying and reporting non-conformances
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay productive
- Good judgment and reasoning abilities
- Basic math skills to support production and quality tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and food safety guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to perform physical job tasks including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements in a production environment #IndedNorth
