Machine Operator (AM)

Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Gilroy, CA

Pay: $17.90/hr

Schedule: Start training on 1st shift (7 AM), then move to a permanent start time between 5–7 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Follow safety rules and work instructions
• Operate machines and perform hands-on tasks
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards
• Work as part of a team
• Complete basic paperwork and records

Requirements:

• 3+ months machine operator experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask

Additional Info:

• Must be flexible with schedule
• May work 45–60 hours per week during busy periods
