Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Gilroy, CA
Pay: $17.90/hr
Schedule: Start training on 1st shift (7 AM), then move to a permanent start time between 5–7 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Follow safety rules and work instructions
- Operate machines and perform hands-on tasks
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Inspect products and ensure quality standards
- Work as part of a team
- Complete basic paperwork and records
Requirements:
- 3+ months machine operator experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
Additional Info:
- Must be flexible with schedule
- May work 45–60 hours per week during busy periods
