We're hiring Machine Operators across all 3 shifts at a well-established manufacturer in Ashland, Ohio.
Pay:
$17.77 - $18.67 /hr.
(shift differential)
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:30am
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Perform quality checks and measurements
- Package and label finished products
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Read and follow work instructions
- Operate secondary equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 480 hours
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and great dependability.
This position does NOT require high school diploma.
