Machine Operators - 2nd shift

Starting Pay: $19-21/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and safely operate industrial equipment after hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and shut down production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and routine cleanings.
• Inspect materials and monitor product quality during production runs.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate production logs and follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer competency for documentation and reporting.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
