Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time
Schedule: 2nd and Weekend Shifts

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator & Assembler:- Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks according to established procedures
- Conduct pre-shift and routine equipment inspections for safety and functionality
- Maintain knowledge of machinery and tools; troubleshoot minor issues
- Measure, mix, and add chemicals to baths or processes following safety protocols
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and chemical baths
- Track and report material usage; assist with restocking supplies
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator & Assembler Role:- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Knowledge of chemicals
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
- Willingness to submit a pre-employment drug test
