Location: Avon, OH
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 PM–5:30 AM

Hire Sync is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operator / Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing operation in Avon, OH. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, machine operating, or assembly experience who wants a consistent schedule and a 4-day work week.

You’ll work as part of a production cell forming foam materials into molded products of different sizes and shapes. This is an active position where you’ll stay moving throughout your shift while learning specialized manufacturing processes and equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Work within a production cell to manufacture molded foam products
• Place foam materials into molds of various sizes and shapes
• Properly close and secure molds before processing
• Load prepared molds into heating equipment or production chutes
• Perform basic assembly and production tasks
• Operate assigned production equipment after completing training
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Follow established production and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for production
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new machines and manufacturing processes
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Continuously lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Stand and work for the entire shift
• Perform repetitive movements associated with handling molds, materials, and finished products
