Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of plastic automotive components
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions and quality standards
- Conduct visual quality inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Meet daily production and quality goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
