Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of plastic automotive components
  • Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues
  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
