Machine Operator Assistant

Payrate:  $20.00 per hour starting pay

Permanent payrate after hired:  $21.00 per hour

Job Site Location:  Langhorne, PA 19047

Swing Shift Hours:  Rotating 12-hour shift schedule consisting of 4 consecutive workdays followed by 4 consecutive days off. 

Employees alternate between day and night shift

Day shift: 7:00AM to 7:00PM 4 days 

Off for 4 days

Night Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM 4 days

Requirements for Machine Operator Assistants:

Able to lift 40lbs

Able to pass a 7-year criminal background check

Ability to pass a drug test

Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing 

Manual dexterity and ability to operator hand tools for maintenance tasks

Reliable transportation needed, no bus route available to this location

Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test

Job Details:

Perform visual and physical inspections of finished sheet products to ensure they meet established quality standards

Identify defects, inconsistencies or damaged products and take corrective actions as needed

Accurately document inspection results, defects and corrective actions

Assist in loading jumbo rolls into the machines

Load material into boxes and package 

Repack and rework damaged packages when needed

Monitor and report inventory levels of packing supplies to prevent shortages

Ensure all packing materials meet required standards before use

Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area
