Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Machine Operator Assistants to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment located in Dupo, IL. This role involves working with machines that produce plastic materials used across various industries.

Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Pay Rate: $19.65 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2nd Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Training will be completed on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) at $19.00/hr before transitioning to 2nd shift

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with production process
• Monitor machines and help keep production running smoothly
• Check product quality and ensure standards are met
• Assist with packaging and material handling
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• 1-3 years of machine operator experience preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must have own transportation (no exceptions)
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
