What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery to meet production needs
- Consistently meet or exceed production targets
- Accurately complete production tracking and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members, Leads, and Supervisors to keep production running smoothly
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive work culture
- Train and mentor team members as needed
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production, safety, and quality issues
- Follow and uphold all quality and workmanship standards
