We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate:
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment with accuracy and quality
- Feed materials into machinery and pull finished products from the production line
- Adjust machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed
- Accurately follow and interpret instructions and technical drawings
- Complete production and testing documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Meet production routing times for assigned jobs after training
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes
- Be willing to work overtime with little to no notice when required
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
